What to Expect

STEP 1: FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE & BOOK A COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY CALL

Tell me about your project and design needs.  Upload photos of your space and inspirational boards.  Schedule a complimentary discovery call.

Step 2: LETS GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER (DISCOVERY CALL)

During your complimentary discovery call, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your design needs, and review my design process.

Step 3: Proposal Process

A formal proposal will be sent to prospective clients to review with a detailed work scope based on the discovery call discussion.  Upon signature of the proposal, a deposit will be collected, and the in-personal design consultation is scheduled.

Step 4: Design Development

During this time, the team will create layouts and curate design selections (2 options per room) that reflect the client’s tastes. They will visually coordinate and pull everything together into a cohesive space. This part of the process takes 8-10 weeks from the time of the first meeting.

Step 5: Present & Finalize Design

The layouts and the mood boards are presented to the client for review and feedback. Once they are adjusted (if needed) the final designs are given to the client and payment is collected.

Step 6: Order & Installation

After the final design is approved, the pieces are ordered and the project manager coordinates with the client the timing of installation. This includes any painting, electrical, woodwork or wallpaper installation.

Step 7: The Big Reveal

The majority of the furniture is installed in one large delivery and we celebrate!
